– 1/2 cup snap peas or carrots, sliced
– 1/4 cup snow peas or green beans

Directions

  1. Heat oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add onion, garlic, and ginger; sauté for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Add broccoli, snap peas, and carrots (if using); stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
  4. Add maitake mushrooms; cook for 5-7 minutes until softened and golden.
  5. Stir in soy sauce, maple syrup, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Cook for 2-3 minutes until sauce thickens slightly.
  6. Remove from heat and garnish with sesame seeds and green onion.
